About Us

Like yours, our story is unique.  
We've been married 29 years, have 5 kids and 5 grandkids. 
 

As the kids started moving out and getting married, we began looking for the next adventure...and a way to spend more time OUTSIDE of Indiana (Midwest winters can be brutal).

We were looking for a second home somewhere in the sun, we looked in S. Florida, AZ, NV, and then just happened to be on vacation in HI over Christmas and looked at the market around us.  

I was shocked to see that we could get MORE house, MORE land and not only that but a VIEW that wasn't found anywhere else.

Each day we meet new people, make new friends, explore new areas, and learn more about the joys and complexities of island living.  We hope to share some of our experiences with you here.
