Driving in America usually feels like driving in America, unless you're driving on Hawaii Island...which is mostly as-you-might-expect, but there are a couple of rules you'll need to learn in order to 'fit in' and not upset the locals. Also, one additional rule that will keep you (and your vehicle) safe while exploring the island.
